Aosen Steel 4 contracted by our company × The 300TPD coal injection third generation beam kiln transformation EPC project, which lasted four months of intensive construction, was officially put into operation on March 12, 2018. The actual operation index exceeded the design expectation, and achieved a new breakthrough in coal injection fuel heat consumption.

The project uses pulverized coal, with an average calorific value of 7150kcal/kg. The actual operation effect is 820kcal/kg of heat consumption, 87% of CaO and 356ml of activity.

The project has achieved great progress in heat consumption index.
